Our Review:
While most dating sites look for compatibility factors when pairing
up their members, Chemistry.com looks for that special spark or
chemical reaction between men and women, based on years of research
into human attraction. A spinoff service from the experts of Match.com,
your profile on either service can be transferred from one to the other.
Chemistry.com is one of the more fun sites to join. Your profile
is created by answering not only the typical multiple choice test
questions, but by viewing images, listening to sound bites or completing
a short puzzle. Include a paragraph or two about yourself and the
result is a unique and interesting profile.
Your profile will fall into two of four personality types - negotiator,
explorer, director or builder (director/builder or negotiator/explorer,
etc.). Each reflects key factors of who you are, what you're looking
for and who you would best connect with. Chemistry.com uses this
assessment to match you up with singles whose personalities and
qualities complement your own.
Members will not have access to search the database but will automatically
be matched with up to 10 people each day, which is more like 'real
life'. The only members you are allowed to view are the ones that
are matched for you by the detailed matching system Chemistry Profile™
provided by Chemistry.
When the time is right to connect with one of your matches, the
fun begins with online dialogues and email messages. This process will help
set the stage for that first face-to-face meeting. Use Chemistry's
patent-pending scheduling system, First-Meeting™, to request an
in-person meeting through Chemistry's unique online scheduling system.
Chemistry.com is the first service that incorporates member feedback
after each first meeting. After completing your first date, Chemistry.com
will ask you to provide some feedback. The
feedback system gives you a better understanding of your relationship
personality and helps Chemistry improve their services.
If you're looking for a serious relationship and are craving something a little bit different, Chemistry.com might be right for you. It's unique combination of science and compatibility make it fun, enlightening and successful!
